Description
The carbon brush slip ring system is an important device for achieving stable transmission of energy and signals of rotating equipment. It consists of two parts: carbon brushes and slip rings. Application
Wind power generation: In horizontal axis wind turbines, carbon brush slip rings are used to transmit the electrical energy generated by the generator rotor to the stationary grid connection system. Since the rotor of the wind turbine is constantly rotating in the wind, the carbon brush slip ring needs to maintain a stable electrical connection at high speeds and in harsh outdoor environments to ensure efficient transmission of electrical energy.
