Slip ring is a key component of the generator, and the surface of the slip ring is required to be flat and smooth to match the carbon brush. After removing the carbon brush, the slip ring needs to meet the following requirements: radial runout is less than 0.02mm, surface roughness is less than Ral.6, and straightness is less than 0.03mm. Only by meeting the above requirements can the slip ring be guaranteed to operate reliably.
Slip ring is severely worn during the long-term operation of the generator, which affects the safe and stable operation of the unit, so the slip ring needs to be repaired. At present, the usual practice is to disassemble the slip ring and send it to a special repair factory for repair. However, since the slip ring is a heavy equipment connected to the main shaft of the generator (can reach more than 10 tons), it takes a lot of manpower to disassemble and install the slip ring, and it also takes a lot of time and money to send the slip ring to a special repair factory for repair. Jiujiang Ingiant overcomes the problems in the above-mentioned prior art and provides a method for on-site repair of the slip ring of the generator. A method for on-site repair of a slip ring of a generator, wherein the method comprises step 1 of setting a repair device near the slip ring; step 2 of adjusting the repair device; step 3 of determining the machining allowance of the slip ring; and step 4 of driving the main shaft of the generator to rotate by a driving device, and repairing the slip ring by using the repair device at the same time.
The driving device is a turning device, and the turning device comprises a motor and a reduction mechanism. The repair device comprises a turning tool, a polishing machine, and a tool holder capable of longitudinal feed and transverse feed, and the turning tool and the polishing machine are selectively mounted on the tool holder. Step 2 comprises the steps of leveling the tool holder and adjusting the straightness of the longitudinal feed of the tool holder. Step 3 comprises the steps of measuring the circular runout and straightness of the slip ring. Step 4 comprises the following two steps performed sequentially, step 4.1 of turning the slip ring by using the turning tool; and step 4.2 of grinding the slip ring by using the polishing machine. The turning tool comprises a rough turning tool and a fine turning tool; and step 4.1 comprises the steps of rough turning the slip ring by using the rough turning tool and fine turning the slip ring by using the fine turning tool. The polishing machine includes a rough grinding wheel, a semi-finishing grinding wheel and a fine grinding wheel; and step 4.2 includes the steps of rough grinding the slip ring with the rough grinding wheel, semi-finishing the slip ring with the semi-finishing grinding wheel and polishing the slip ring with the fine grinding wheel.
The repair device also includes a tool holder support, on which the tool holder is mounted. The repair device also includes a base, on which the tool holder support is mounted. An adjusting bolt is provided on the base. The provided method for on-site repair of the slip ring of the generator makes full use of the existing facilities of the power plant, such as using a turning device as a power to drive the main shaft of the generator to rotate, and repairing the slip ring through the repair device, thereby achieving the purpose of on-site repair of the slip ring of the generator. Therefore, there is no need to disassemble the slip ring and send it to a special repair factory for repair, so a lot of manpower, time and cost are saved.
